All agreements are made between 'you' and Let's Go Cambridge Ltd, trading as Tours Of Cambridge

Payment

Payment can be taken online with debit or credit card, via cheque or bank transfer.

Payment is taken in GBP. 

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

Tours of Cambridge reserves the right to withdraw a product or package at any given time. In this case any outstanding bookings will be given the choice of an alternative product or equal or higher value or a full refund.

Access

Punting Tours: Due to the historic nature of the river there is limited disabled access. Despite this we aim to accommodate disabled customers wherever possible. Please contact us to discuss the options further.

Walking Tours: We aim to accommodate disable customers. Please contact us to discuss exact requirements. 

Cycle Tours: We currently only have stanard bicycles available for tours. All participants must be able to ride a standard bicycle. 

Cancelations

Private Punting/Walking Tours/Cycling Tours: Bookings cancelled more that 72 hours in advance are eligible to a 70% refund. If only a deposit has been taken this will be retained. Bookings cancelled with les than 72 hours will not be refunded. Bookings can be re-arranged  with more than 72 hours notice free of charge. For less than 72 hours notice a £15 charge will apply.

E-tickets: E-tickets are valid for the season in which they are bought (10.30am - 4.30pm April - September). They are single use, non refundable and cannot be used once expired. 

Picnics/Drinks/Extras: Must be paid in full in advance and are non refundable or exchangeable with 14 days of booking date. Full refund available before this time frame. 

Late Arrival

For all tours (with the exception of shared tour punting e-tickets) your time and date is pre-booked. Late arrival will result in a reduced tour time or cancelled tour. If you know you will be late please contact Tours of Cambridge it may be possible to reschedule your booking. 

Non-appearance

If you fail to show up for your tour without letting us know no refund or rescheduling will be applicable. 

Bad Weather

Punting/Walking/Cycling: You cancel with at least 2 hours notice: Reschedule or refund minus a 30% non refundable deposit.

Food/drinks/extras; No refund. You will be able to collect these extras and take them away with you. . 

You cancel without providing notice or do not contact us: 30% deposit is retained. If you wish to reschedule an additional 30% will need to be paid. 

We cancel: Full refund for your punting/walking/cycling tour. Food/drinks/extras: No refund. You will be able to collect these extras and take them away with you. 

Delivery

Online proof of payment constitutes your 'ticket'. You must either print out or show on a phone/tablet. Any purchases made by cheque, transfer or phone will be emailed a confirmation 'ticket'. Confirmation can be send via post where specifically requested. In the case of lost confirmations/tickets these can be-reissued in advance of the tour date.
